To ensure the tight tolerances & higher accuracy levels, we follow latest "Whirling head machining" process under the strict supervision of our design and development team. We take care that our resources are utilized at the optimum level in every stage of our production right from the foundry, where rough castings are made to the machining stage. We use various sophisticated machines to make our production process quick and efficient. The machines we use are the following:

Our machines are being oiled and greased regularly to ensure smooth manufacturing process. Moreover, our manufacturing unit and design unit is also maintained to avoid any spoilage or wastage.
